Plans for North Swann Street south of The Carroll Building include four townhomes anchored by Clark and Swann, a mixed-use building on the corner of North Swann Street and Clark Street.

 

The four North Swann Street townhomes will each be 1,650 square feet. With the master on the main floor, each townhome will feature three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The townhomes will also offer private courtyards as well as carport or garage parking options.
