Carroll Street Courtyard
Carroll Street Courtyard is a boutique mixed-use destination tucked between the Carroll Building Apartments and the future Hunt Street Apartments, just north of Clark Street. At its heart is a welcoming courtyard with outdoor seating, a putting green and community putters.
The courtyard is already home to an exciting mix of founding tenants: Patience Coffee, La Medicea's gelato kitchen (with artisan pints available at Patience Coffee), Skin Daily, and Thua G. Barlay Law Offices. We'll be welcoming Linger Longer Books to Carroll Street Courtyard in December 2026.

Plans for North Swann Street south of The Carroll Building include townhomes anchored by Clark and Swann, a mixed-use building on the corner of North Swann Street and Clark Street.
The ground floor commercial space of Clark and Swann (1,565 sq ft) will be a prime restaurant site in Clark's Grove along the busy Clark Street corridor.
