The Carroll Building is Clark's Grove's newest small apartment building, with just ten units. The four one-bedroom and six two-bedroom apartments feature ten-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets and drawers, and in-unit washers and dryers. Two enclosed courtyards provide a private escape for residents to relax and unwind, while Swann Green and a community picnic pavilion are just across the street. Residents enjoy all Clark's Grove amenities, including the swimming pool, parks and walking trails, while living walking distance to the historic Covington square and Turner Lake Park.
