The Carroll Building

The Carroll Building is Clark's Grove's newest small apartment building, with just ten units. The four one-bedroom and six two-bedroom apartments feature ten-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets and drawers, and in-unit washers and dryers.
